Most Air Nostrum claims settle within 2–8 weeks. If Air Nostrum disputes the claim, it may take several months.

Can I claim for old flights?

Accepted Answer

Under UK rules you can usually claim for flights up to 6 years back (Consumer Rights Act 2015, in England and Wales; 5 years in Scotland). For flights departing the EU, EU Regulation 261/2004 gives 3 years.
